Join us as we celebrate the California homecoming of Garcia Hand Picked with a special four-night Summer Tour across the Golden State.
Spanning Berkeley, San Francisco, West Hollywood, and San Diego, the tour brings together cannabis, live music, art, and community through a series of immersive tasting events inspired by the legacy of Jerry Garcia and California cannabis. All events are free to attend. Tour dates include:

The Experience
Each stop of the Garcia Hand Picked Summer Tour offers a first look at the full lineup of craft flower and pre-rolls through an immersive tasting experience featuring:
- Guided tastings of each strain in the collection, led by Budist cannabis sommeliers
- Conversations with farms exploring genetics, terroir, and cultivation practices behind each cultivar
- Retro Photo Archive of original Jerry Garcia photography curated by Jay Blakesberg
- Music performances by Jonny Mojo & Friends (Berkeley), DJ Dark Star Dan (San Francisco), Eric Krasno (Hollywood), and Electric Waste Band (San Diego)
- Special appearance by Jerry Garcia’s daughter, Trixie Garcia, who will be on-site for the West Hollywood and San Francisco events
- Community gathering with fellow enthusiasts, longtime fans, and local cannabis advocates

The Collection
The Garcia Hand Picked California lineup features 5-pack pre-rolls, Double Doobies (2-pack pre-rolls), and whole flower inspired by old-school lot strains and sourced from legacy sungrown farms including Canna Country Farms, Greenshock Farms, Galactic Farms, Rebel Grown, and Sunrise Gardens. Chosen for their craftsmanship, regenerative farming practices, and distinctive genetics, each farm contributes its own cultivation philosophy and regional expression to the line.

A multigenerational family-operated farm in Southern Humboldt, Canna Country is known for its sun-grown cultivation, proprietary genetics, and terpene-forward breeding. The farm focuses on cultivars selected for their smoking qualities, effects, and aromatic expression rather than yield, with flower recognized at the Emerald Cup, Cannifest, and other leading competitions.
Featured Cultivar: Lavender Sunrise is a sativa strain bred from Birthday Cake X Burmese, expressing layered notes of coffee, sweet cream, and lavender that reflect the farm’s focus on distinctive terpene expression and flavorful smoking experiences.
A second-generation regenerative homestead tucked along the Eel River in Humboldt County, Galactic Farms is operated by husband-and-wife team Indy and Rachael with a habitat-first approach to cultivation. The farm tends living soils, bees, and seasonal crops alongside their cannabis, producing flower that reflects the surrounding environment and terroir.
Featured Cultivar: Under the Stars is an indica strain descended from Sister of OG Kush, expressing earthy notes of forest floor, molasses, and pine.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Greenshock Farms is rooted in the belief that nothing beats naturally grown cannabis cultivated in the mountains of Northern California. Known for terpene-forward genetics and organic, sun-grown cultivation practices, the farm has earned recognition at the Emerald Cup and California State Fair.
Featured Cultivar: Skunk Gas is an indica strain bred from Green Lantern X (Double OG Chem X Long Valley Royal Kush Skunk), delivering bold notes of skunk, diesel, and menthol.
Located in Southern Humboldt’s renowned Palo Verde Appellation, Rebel Grown is an off-grid, organically cultivated farm recognized for its in-house breeding program and deeply rooted cultivation practices. The farm has earned top honors at the Emerald Cup through a long-standing commitment to genetics, biodiversity, and craftsmanship.
Featured Cultivars: Rebel Sour is a sativa strain bred from Sour Diesel X Double OG Sour with notes of kerosene, black pepper, and lemon, while Double OG Chem is a hybrid strain bred from OG Sour X OG Chem with notes of musk, cedar, and fuel.
A solar-powered farm focused on producing clean, expressive cannabis while treading lightly on the land, Sunrise Gardens takes a hands-on approach to cultivation through homemade compost, compost teas, and thoughtful seasonal cultivar selection rooted in respect for the plant and surrounding ecosystem.
