Sunshine Punch by MR. ZIPS

One of my personal favorites from this year's CA Cannabis Awards mixed light category and Silver medal winner for Caryophyllene content, Sunshine Punch from Mr. Zips is a fruity, diesel-soaked punch to the senses, with looks and effects that don't bluff. A cross of Papaya Punch × Sunshine OG, the buds are tight, frosty little Christmas trees-glazed in trichomes and trimmed with the kind of precision that'd make a topiarist green with envy. Fluffy, sticky, stanky in all the right ways.
The aromas are disarming; fresh, ripe bananas, green apple and watermelon Jolly Rancher sweetness, and a whole heaping spoonful of those strawberry candies every grandma was apparently legally required to own and force-feed us during every visit. Remember strawberry bon-bons? Yea, those. Grinding it simply lights the fuse for the next explosion. Sweet, candied gas, fruity Twizzlers, every hyper-sugared fruit cereal or candy I can remember. Trix, Booberry, Skittles. And then it gets weird, in a good way. Creamy, fermented, fizzy. Like a tropical soda left out in the sun, still bubbling.
Flavor-wise, it dials things down but stays compelling.
Earthy citrus, soft lavender, and a hint of fermented fruit glide across the palate. It's lighter than the nose lets on, but it lingers. The effects, though, are where this strain earns its namesake. Within moments, a surge of clean energy kicks in-sharp focus and a slight visual lag, just enough to lean psychedelic. My body hums, my brain lifts. Before long, I'm flying high on vaporized euphoria that seems to last hours on end.
Sunshine Punch is a delightful trip: fruity, funky, and euphoric without frying your circuits. It's a sativa that hits hard but keeps you clear. A solid go-to for creative thinkers, gallery wanderers, or those who just want to watch The Wall for the umpteenth time.
