Moroccan Peaches Live Rosin by Livin Solventless

This is my first review of Livin Solventless rosin and it was a wonderful initial experience! This Moroccan Peaches Rosin hits a sweet spot in the market - it rated an outstanding score of 91 while at the same time it is available for a value-based price!
I picked this rosin up from CoCo Farms in Walnut Creek, where it's available for only $30 out the door, which puts its price at 50% or less than that of comparable rosin of this quality! On this point alone, I would definitely return for more, but let's not stop there...
This one really jumps out of the jar when you pop it open with a smokiness to it that pervades the room. With manipulation and warming it opens up even more. The aroma is really impressive and also has great complexity, taking my nose in several different directions.
There's definitely some rotten peaches and papaya rind on the front end, with a little bit of lemon zest blending into some Pine-Sol and glue notes. I'm also getting a very interesting and uncommon mixture of peanut butter and smoked trout (or possibly some other kind of fish, I'm not a huge smoked fish fan!) Finally, there's some floral funk like a sweet bouquet that is just starting to turn.
The appearance is very good, nearly outstanding, with typical coloring and great pliability. The product seems very fresh and held well - it's only been about a month since it's been packaged.
It took me a few attempts to get the right temp with this one. I first came in around 530, and it was clearly too hot, with a big white cloud and a lack of flavor. Next, I took it down to just below 500 and this brought out the peach candy profile quite a bit and the smoothness was very nice, finally finding ~ 480 to be perfect on my control tower.
The flavor is of a very bright peach tropical candy, with a spritz of glass cleaner and a lemon drop cocktail on the side. I really enjoyed this uplifting flavor combination!
My experience was balanced to stimulated - a very pleasing and euphoric head high with a balanced body high. There is a very rapid uptake and it's pretty strong, but eases up a bit after the initial blast off...until the next dab that is! With a moderate duration, killer aroma and refreshing flavor I finished this jar off in no time!
I'm looking forward to checking out more rosin from Livin Solventless!
